Why We Built This Site
Michigan court access is easier when the record holder is clear. In Iosco County, Nancy J. Huebel and the County Clerk’s office keep Circuit and Family filings, 81st District clerk staff keep District records, and the Probate Register keeps Probate records. MiCOURT Case Search can show public case-history information where a court publishes it, but it is not a certified record. We organize the official routes so a reader can tell whether the matter belongs with the Circuit clerk, the District clerk, Probate, or a separate state service.

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Michigan court, clerk, or state agency. Its limits are straightforward:

- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk or court that holds a case can issue an official or certified copy. Iosco County’s public web search is useful for research, while proof must come from the responsible court office.
